Walt Plumb IV, one of Utah’s top residential and commercial developers and a partner with the Gardner Company, has over 20 years of real estate experience throughout Utah, Colorado, Arizona and California. Having successfully developed and entitled over 10,000 residential lots in his storied career, Walt has been the go-to professional for master planned community development projects in the Mountain West.

With over 31 active projects, Walt currently is developing communities in Lehi, Midvale, Park City, Hideout, St. George, and Brian Head Ut. These projects will bring more than 5 million square feet of commercial space and 4,000 new residential units to Utah. His sold out luxury projects in Southern Utah received national recognition and helped transform the real estate market in St. George.

Walt, his wife Liz, and their 5 children love Utah’s unmatched lifestyle and enjoy spending time hiking and biking. Meeting new people, learning about other cultures and exploring the world is a passion of Walt’s. The people and communities of Latin America hold a special place in Walt’s heart.
